I had a really good experience with the entire team. Everyone at the dental office are there to provide you with the best care. They did a full dental checkup, cleaning, and filling at different places and I could not be happier. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work done on them

I switched to this dental office a decade ago when I was working on Bay St. After I moved further from the downtown core, I tried other dentists, but quickly reverted back to this practice for some key reasons: 1.) Dr Tsimmerman and his team are simply amazing. 2.) Rimma is very responsive when communicating, the office is very, very clean and organized, 3.) The staff make you feel as relaxed as humanly possible when you get your work done (Also every room has a TV and netflix etc!). Save yourself some trouble and don't bother with the other dental clinics that are popping up in the area.

Dr Tsimmerman, Rimma and team are amazing. I've changed dentists several times in my life but have stayed with this team for 10+ years. Communications with them are super fast, they bill directly to insurance and the place is spotless. Overall the team provides a fantastic, consistent experience! I highly recommend them...don't waste your time with the other dental practices in the area...

Oral health check-ups had been the most fearful thing for me for many years. I often avoided visiting unless the worst condition presented itself due to past experiences. I have wonderful experiences visiting Dr. Tsimerman and his partners at One Yonge Dental Office for my dental health reasons. This is a neat and clean, well-organized clinic. As a medical professional, my impression is beyond what I could describe in words when interacting with anyone in person at the clinic. I have high regard for Dr. Tsimerman. It is rare to witness a clinician who has a fine balance of deliberative and intuitive thinking in his decision-making. I feel engaged and empowered throughout his communication. Throughout the procedure, it is pain-free, and he probably has gentle hands. I receive so much help from Rimma, who has facilitated appointments with related specialists seamlessly to my work schedule. She is not only empathic but also easy to talk to. Lucie is one of my favorite dental hygienist. She has a distinctive vibe that I feel comfortable during the scaling sessions with her. This is a proficient clinic that has all the qualities to take care of my oral health. I am grateful for the care that I have been receiving at One Yonge Dental Office.

Wonderful dental office! It's clean, friendly and welcoming! I was a person who always dreaded going to the dentist and since coming here, my anxiety around that is gone. They always make sure you're doing okay and listen to your concerns with empathy. The dentist and all staff make you feel cared for as a patient. My husband and I both go here and are happy we do. Bonus: They let you watch netflix during your cleanings.

I've been going here for more than 20 years and it's always been a great experience. They provide lots of information, they never suggest things you don't need, and everyone is lovely and gracious. They've also really helped me out when I needed it. 20+ years and zero complaints.

I just switched over to One Yonge Dental as I am new to the area and am so glad I did. Dr. Tsmierman and his team are really wonderful. He was very professional, and warm and his team were very welcoming and helpful (from handling insurance to letting me choose a show on Netflix to distract me during scaling). As someone who usually avoids the dentist, it is a first for me to book my next cleaning this far in advance and not be dreading it already.

I have terrible experiences going to the dentist & every single staff member in the office knows that. They treat me with empathy, patience and upmost care. They take their time. Let me cry it out. Never make me feel bad for it either. They let me pick whatever to watch on Netflix. The receptionist is also my favourite of all. She sees me in the community and knows my name. You’re not just a patient here. They genuinely care about you. The receptionist is the wife of the dentist. She knows I avoid going to the dentist and when my benefits run out. She will call multiple times and email because she knows I’m anxious and avoid going. In the most caring way. So if you have bad dentist anxiety I highly recommend coming here for 0 judgement.

Dr Tsimerman is absolutely the most caring Dentist. I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. He is so gentle and takes his time to answer all of my questions. I worked in the industry for about a decade and I can say that this office is the best. Rimma is the sweetest receptionist and also very caring. All of the hygienists are also very gentle as well. I always leave feeling so cared for and with a fresh sparkly smile.

The outside is very unassuming and partly why it took me over 2 years to consider going in. I was also hesitant to use a 'new dentist'. Turns out they've been operating at this location for nearly 25 years! The staff there are warm and welcoming. Rimma always has a wonderful smile waiting when you step in. The hygienists are attentive and the conversation is just right. It's helpful that they have Netflix in each room too. And of course Dr. Tsimmerman himself is knowledgeable, attentive and his advice to date has always been spot on. He doesn't push unnecessary services and worked with my schedule when my insurance coverage ran out at the end of the year. I highly recommend them!

The staff in the office are extremely friendly and all of my appointments are always on time. I had a filling done recently and he took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and assure me it would not be painful. I completely trust that he is one of the best dentists in Toronto. The location is very convenient, the dentist is great, and I’d highly recommend One Yonge Dental! I recently had a check up in August 2020 for the first time since they re-opened after shutting down for Covid. They have made extensive changes/renovations to ensure the office and the whole process is as safe and clean as possible. It was so reassuring to see that they have gone above and beyond to make it a safe, comfortable experience for all of their patients.

One of the few companies or organizations in Toronto, and quite frankly I might as well include my online experience, that truly understands customer experience. It starts with: RELIABILITY: Entire team is always on time and ready for me. I never have to wait. My time is precious. You know how it sometimes feels like doctors are prima donnas and we as the patients are always waiting. That's not the case here. This team is uber-professional. They treat me like I am a prince. PRICE: Other dentists have charged me a premium, meaning extra pricing because I needed work inside one week done. An appointment three days after I call is classified as urgent for them? They charged me as if it was. Dr. Tisserman and team did work on a tooth of mine within 12 hours of having reported the problem - at no extra cost. CLEANLINESS: Perfect. CLIENT CARE: Perfect - Kind. Considerate. Flexible in changing schedule. The dentist himself making recommendations so that I could make an informed decision. All of the recommendations came with pros and cons. I had to see an outside expert to resolve a highly complex problem and his recommendation was outstanding. Actual quality of the dentist's work including ensuring there was no pain was outstanding. SUMMARY: Excellent patient and customer care evidenced by the entire team. Now how do you take this business model and extended it other parts of our society? I only wish. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Doctor Tsimerman is nice and he treats his patient seriously, unlike many other dentists who just do a routine check and tell you something superficial that you could even diagnose yourself, he listens to you and tries to find the root cause. Rimma and Victoria are excellent. My gum is sensitive but got treated gently here. Look forward to my next appointment!

The most amazing Dentist, team and clinic in the GTA. I was referred to Dr.Tsimerman by a neighbour who has been a loyal customer for many years. After my first visit, my whole family switched to that location, and more importantly to their team. The service is incredible, the atmosphere is professional and every time any dental procedure needs to be done, I am walked through the steps prior to getting the job done. I am very comfortable, pain free and satisfied every single time. Last year, there was complication with one of my teeth. After a visit, I was sent to see Root Canal specialist. The communication between Dr.Tsimerman's office and the Root Canal specialist were clear and as a patient I was worry free, and very well taken care of. That just shows, that no matter what the case is, it is always escalated with professionalism and care. I am thankful for my health and for all the services the team provides. He tries to make every procedure as painless as possible and when it's all over he sums up and gives you an overview.
